lose intensity. The need for a fan, which wastes battery
power and adds weight to the unit, is also eliminated.

Maintenance
1. Clean and sterilize the unit before using.
2. Do not use detergent or materials that contain
flammable ingredients.
3. When sterilizing the handle and battery, the
handle must be separated from the base. Before
the next use, the light guide rod must be cleaned
and sterilized.
4. Clean the body and accessories with alcohol
or neutral detergent. Do not use ultrasonic cleaning
or clean with caustic or rubbing detergent.
5. Keep the light guide rod away from hard surfaces
to prevent scratching. After use, check if there
is any material on the terminal. If so, clean
with a plastic tool, do not use a metal instrument.
If the light guide rod is damaged, it must be
replaced.
6. The light guide rod can be sterilized with
alcohol or for 18 minutes in 134 •C (273.2°F)
/ 200kPa.
7. The gilt surface of the printed circuit board
of both sides of the battery and the connection
chip, should be free of dirt. These parts may
be cleaned with alcohol if necessary.
8. Place the unit into the base if you stop working
for a short time. However, if there will be a
long period of time before next use, remove the
light guide rod and separate the handle and battery.
This will help extend the life of the battery. |
